Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
-
Anyone causing disruption may be asked to leave without refund.
14. Country Swing Classes – Partnered Dance
Country Swing is a partnered dance style that involves physical contact and regular partner rotation. By booking or attending a Country Swing class, you acknowledge and agree that:
-
Partner swapping is a standard part of the class experience and helps everyone learn.
-
Physical touch is a natural and essential part of the dance.
-
You are responsible for maintaining respectful boundaries and appropriate conduct at all times.
-
Any form of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or unwanted physical contact outside of the dance context will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without refund.
-
If you attend with a partner or book as a pair, you may choose to remain with your partner for the duration of the class.
-
If you prefer not to rotate for personal reasons, notify the instructor prior to class. While every effort will be made to accommodate your request, partner rotation may not always be avoidable.
Participation in these classes is voluntary, and you accept the associated risks of dancing with multiple partners.
