Note: Class bookings close 3 hours before the scheduled start time. This helps us prepare and ensure the best experience for everyone.

9. Refunds, Cancellations & Memberships

All payments made to Saddle & Stomp are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or under the limited circumstances outlined below:

  • The scheduled class is cancelled by Saddle & Stomp and no suitable alternative or rescheduled session is available or accepted by the participant.

  • The participant is medically unable to attend due to injury or illness. Saddle & Stomp reserves the right to request medical documentation before considering a refund or credit.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled class time are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer. This policy ensures fair access for all participants.

Membership Cancellations: Ongoing memberships may be cancelled with at least seven (7) days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

10. Class Pass Validity

  • 5-Class Pass: Valid for 3 months from date of purchase.

  • 15-Class Pass: Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Expired passes will not be extended or refunded.

11. Punctuality

Please arrive promptly. Late arrivals may miss the warm-up and disrupt the flow of the class.

12. Code of Conduct

  • Respect instructors and fellow dancers.

  • Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Anyone causing disruption may be asked to leave without refund.

13. Country Swing Classes – Partnered Dance
Country Swing is a partnered dance style that involves physical contact and regular partner rotation. By booking or attending a Country Swing class, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Partner swapping is a standard part of the class experience and helps everyone learn.

  • Physical touch is a natural and essential part of the dance.

  • You are responsible for maintaining respectful boundaries and appropriate conduct at all times.

  • Any form of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or unwanted physical contact outside of the dance context will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without refund.

  • If you attend with a partner or book as a pair, you may choose to remain with your partner for the duration of the class.

  • If you prefer not to rotate for personal reasons, notify the instructor prior to class. While every effort will be made to accommodate your request, partner rotation may not always be avoidable.

Participation in these classes is voluntary, and you accept the associated risks of dancing with multiple partners.
